I’ve been married to my soulmate for 52 years. We started out on the east coast, moved to Shiprock NM to teach on the Navajo Indian Reservation and then moved to Tucson, and Flagstaff AZ. We followed a dream and moved to Honolulu Hawaii where we lived for 28 years. We have 3 terrific children and 5 beautiful grandchildren. We make frequent trips to California where our youngest lives with his wife and our 7 year old grandson. We also travel to London where our oldest lives with her British husband and our 16 year old granddaughter and 13 year old grandson. Our middle one lives in Roxborough with our 9 year old granddaughter and 12 year old grandson. We became involved in triathlons in1992 in Honolulu through 2000. Because “Crash” is my middle name, we started riding tandem in 2001. We’ve traveled and done bike tours in Ireland, Vermont, France, Italy, Croatia, Tasmania, New Zealand, Amsterdam and Greece. We haven’t cycled in many places in the US and that is a goal for this year. Joining the club is great because we can find like minded individuals and since we travel frequently, it is good to have a base to come back to.
